Dear Driver,

AHURA Racing is a professional racing team started in 2017 by Mr. Sarosh Hataria,who is a multiple-time National Champion and has over two decades of successful racing and training experience.

Having taken inspiration from his mother, who was a renowned racer of her time, he decided to form an all-women’s racing team, which is the first and only one in INDIA.

After the success of the women’s team, AHURA has started a team for boys and men. Our mission at AHURA is to ensure that anyone who is passionate about racing is taught how to become the best version of themselves and make their racing dreams a reality.

Registration – Talent Hunt Season 8 – 2025 Finale

Program Fee and Details

Registration confirmation — Minimum ₹ 10,000 or the entire fee is to be paid during the online registration. Last Date 20th March 2025. The balance if any has to be paid on or before the 15th of May 2025 prior to the start of the Finale.After the registration fee is paid you will receive a registration confirmation Via Email and WhatsApp.
Registrations received will be complete only after the entire fee of rupees seventy five thousand + 18% GST is credited to our account prior to the start of the event.

Payment Terms

A registration confirmation fee of ₹10,000 has to be paid on completing your registration on our website www.ahuraracing.com and the balance of the program fee has to paid before 9AM on Day 1 prior to the start of the program.

Day 1: Hotel 1200 hrs – 1800 hrs (Check In – 12:00hrs)
Day 2: Track 0900 hrs – 1800 hrs (Departure from the hotel – 07:45hrs)
Day 3: Track 0900 hrs – 1800 hrs (Departure from the hotel – 07:45hrs)
Day 4: Track 0900 hrs – 1800 hrs (Awards Ceremony – 2000 hrs – 2300 hrs Hotel)

DAY 1:

Registrations

Driver Briefing in the hotel at 17:00hrs

DAY 2&3:

Track Walk.
Introduction to the Formula Car and its controls.
Driver’s seat fitments and positioning
Track Drive with instructors.
Training – In the Formula Cars.
Physical Fitness – Basic Fitness Test & Evaluation

DAY 4:

A series of tests. Evaluation will be based on what was taught on Day-2 as well as lap-times and consistency, basic fitness and a written tests.
Five female and five male participants will be declared the Winners of the Talent Hunt. They will race with and for team AHURA Racing in the National Racing Championships. The Winners, one female and one male participant will get a fully sponsored drive worth 3 lakh rupees sponsored by AHURA Racing in the LGB Formula 4 category for the final round of the 2025 JKTyre National Racing Championship.
The First Runners up, one female and one male participant will get a fully sponsored drive worth 2.5 lakh rupees sponsored by AHURA Racing in the LGB Formula 1300 category for the final round of the 2025 MRF MMSC National Racing Championship.
The Second Runners up, one female and one male participant will get a partly sponsored drive worth 1.5 lakh rupees sponsored by AHURA Racing in the LGB Formula 4 category for the final round of the 2025 JKTyre National Racing Championship.
The Third Runners up, one female and one male participant will get a partly sponsored drive worth 1.25 lakh rupees sponsored by AHURA Racing in the FLGB 1300 category for the final round of the 2025 MRF MMSC National Racing Championship.
The Fourth Runners up, one female and one male participant will get a partly sponsored drive worth 1 lakh rupees sponsored by AHURA Racing in the FLGB 1300 Novice Cup category for the final round of the 2025 JKTyre Novice Cup Championship.
The Reserve Drivers, three female and three male participants will be the reserve drivers for team AHURA Racing and should be present for all racing events and testing programs in 2025. They could get an opportunity to test and or race if, for any reason, a driver is not able to race and the team decides to permit the reserve driver to race.
Every driver’s participation will be confirmed by the team only after she or he / parent in the case of minor has signed the AHURA Racing Driver Agreement.
Awards ceremony / drinks & dinner will be held at the hotel at 8:00PM onwards.

Compulsory Safety Requirements

Participation requires full Compliance with the Following Safety Rules:

Anyone present inside the designated track area must strictly follow the Organiser, Marshals and / or Coordinators instructions
If a participant does not follow the Safety Instructions, from the Organisers, Officials, Marshals and Coordinators, AHURA Racing holds the Right to Exclude their participation.
It is strictly forbidden to drive the course in the opposite direction.

Compulsory Administrative Requirements

Parent/Legal Guardian Consent Form: This is compulsory for anyone under the age of 18(minors).Therefore, it is a condition for participation that the parents/legal guardians of the minors fill in a compulsory parent/legal guardian consent form (APPENDIX A), which includes general and specific terms (health and safety, data, commercial rights). This Consent Form provides the parents or legal guardians of a participant under 18 with the relevant information to ensure transparent and safe participation in the events.
The Consent Form clarifies the responsibilities of the participant’s parent or legal guardian, and those of the participants themselves, prior to and during the activity. It must be read carefully before giving consent, to ensure a full understanding of what is required of the parent or legal guardian and of the participant. All participants must understand what their participation involves and freely consent to participate in the activity.
Identity checks: The identity of the parents/legal guardians and participants is checked on site prior to participation.
