Dear Driver,

Welcome to the AHURA Racing Academy ! Our mission at AHURA is to ensure that everyone who is
passionate about racing is taught how to become the best version of themselves on track as well as on
the road and to make their racing dreams a reality.

Our expert team is headed by three time National Racing Champion Sarosh Hataria who has been at
the helm of National Racing for over two decades. We make sure we leave no stone unturned when it
comes to teaching the aspirants the nuances of race car driving through both theoretical and practical
experiences ensuring that you are ready to take to any racing car at any racing circuit in the world with
much ease.

- Level 1 : ₹75,000+18% GST (Last date to register – 10 Days prior)
- Level 2 : ₹80,000+18% GST (Last date to register – 10 Days prior)
- Level 3 : ₹85,000+18% GST (Last date to register – 10 Days prior)
Payment Terms

A registration confirmation fee of ₹25,000 has to be paid on completing your registration on our website www.ahuraracing.com and the balance of the program fee has to paid before 9AM on Day 1 prior to the start of the program.

0845 hrs – Arrival at the Kari Motor Speedway
0900 hrs to 0940 hrs – Track walk
0945 hrs to 0955 hrs – Driving etiquette | Racing technique
1000 hrs to 1330 hrs – Driving sessions | Batch wise
1330 hrs to 1430 hrs – Lunch
1430 hrs to 1730 hrs – Driving sessions | Batch wise
1800 hrs to 1830 hrs – Instructor feedback | Data Analysis

DAY 2:

0845 hrs – Arrival at the Kari Motor Speedway
0900 hrs to 0940 hrs – Track walk with instructor & debrief
1000 hrs to 1330 hrs – Driving Sessions | Batch Wise
1330 hrs to 1430 hrs – Lunch
1430 hrs to 1730 hrs – Driving Sessions | Batch Wise
1800 hrs to 1830 hrs – Test
1840 hrs to 1900 hrs – Closure of the training program & update of upcoming events

Compulsory Safety Requirements

Participation requires full Compliance with the Following Safety Rules:

COVID Safety protocols: Both vaccination certificates, masks are compulsory, social distancing to be maintained at all times and to sanitize regularly.
Anyone present inside the designated track area must strictly follow the Organiser, Marshals and / or Coordinators instructions
If a participant does not follow the Safety Instructions, from the Organisers, Officials, Marshals and Coordinators, AHURA Racing holds the Right to Exclude their participation.
It is strictly forbidden to drive the course in the opposite direction.

Compulsory Administrative Requirements

Parent/Legal Guardian Consent Form: This is compulsory for anyone under the age of 18(minors).Therefore, it is a condition for participation that the parents/legal guardians of the minors fill in a compulsory parent/legal guardian consent form (APPENDIX A), which includes general and specific terms (health and safety, data, commercial rights). This Consent Form provides the parents or legal guardians of a participant under 18 with the relevant information to ensure transparent and safe participation in the events.
The Consent Form clarifies the responsibilities of the participant’s parent or legal guardian, and those of the participants themselves, prior to and during the activity. It must be read carefully before giving consent, to ensure a full understanding of what is required of the parent or legal guardian and of the participant. All participants must understand what their participation involves and freely consent to participate in the activity.
Identity checks: The identity of the parents/legal guardians and participants is checked on site prior to participation.
